We have had a great summer so far. We just came back from a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach where we had sun, fun, seafood and lots of sand. Evan and Natalie were light on sleep but heavy on sand and water time. They got their feet wet in the waves but spent most of their time burying themselves in the sand. Evan got his giggles watching Michael and Brian (Baba) coming in on the boogie boards. This was the series of sayings on each wave:
Michael and Brian coast in
Evan: "He he he he he he!!!"
Evan yells at Michael crying: "My buggy board!"
Wave hits me and Evan standing there
Evan: "Mommy, all done, go back in!!"
Mommy walks in
Evan: "Mommy, do again!! My buggy board!"
Repeat, repeat, repeat
Of course, Debbie (Bebe) was a master at the boogie board and I tried my best but was a little beat up by the waves just getting out there. At least I tried!
